Priority Learning Newsletter May 8th 2017 Newsletter

Here's a What's New at Priority Learning:

Being on the Board of the Pine Tree Society has been such a great learning experience! We are very grateful to them for helping adults and children get the best adventure and fun on a wonderful lake in northern Maine each and every summer. Plus, they have some great programs to check out as well. We would be grateful if you can take the time to review all that they do on their website (see info about the summer fund-raising events). We are happy to include this information in our newsletter to you. We hope that you see a benefit in giving to this wonderful organization!

We are happy to report that our Women’s Leadership Series is going strong. Only three more days left in this round and the next scheduled series is filling up already!!

We have a Manufacturers in Leadership series starting in May. We offered it this past winter with MEP/AVCOG and we had a great group of learners!! Please visit our website for more information.

We have several day ones coming up in June and our website has all the details:

That is it for now - wishing you the best of Spring and we’ll touch base next month!!

The 21st Annual Paddle for Pine Tree Camp

The 21st annual Paddle for Pine Tree Camp will take place on Sat., June 3.  That morning, more than 250 people are expected to take to the Kennebec in support of Pine Tree Camp.  The Paddle for Pine Tree Camp is designed to be barrier-free – aligned with our mission and ensuring that our campers are able to fully participate.  Perfect for all ages, all skill levels and all abilities, the event starts at Evergreen Campground in Solon and ends with a celebratory barbecue in North Anson.  A shuttle is provided.  Our goal is to raise $68,000 to benefit Pine Tree Camp.  Full details can be found here: http://www.pinetreesociety.org/events/paddle-for-pine-tree-camp/

As Pine Tree Society’s number one champions, we are asking for your help.  Here are some ideas:

Thank you all in advance for your support!  Please do not hesitate to reach out to me if you should have any questions.

    Are You a Wilbury?

At some point in your life and work, you likely developed a strong sense of what success looks like for you. You realized who you want to be, and perhaps, where you fit. The challenge for all of us, of course, is setting our course and finding our way.

  • Beyond the Pale

    Beyond the Pale

I’m not at all sure how this happened, but I just looked up and it is the first week of June. The last twelve months have been a whirlwind of change, growth, fits and starts, and the varied experiences that make up a career and a life.

We all carry potential. We all carry burdens. How we explore and move beyond some of our challenges is a wonderful testament to the human spirit.
