How we ship

Generally, we ship FedEx unless you request a different method. We will let you know how long (usually 2 - 3 days in the US). International orders will take longer and it's difficult to calculate.

Where we ship

We ship anywhere in the US and will ship internationally in most circumstances. Please contact us for more details.

Processing time

We will do our best to ship within 48 hours of receiving your order (you will be notified by email every step of the way).

Credits

A credit is given to the organization if a registrant cannot make the workshop series due to uncontrolled circumstances.

Returns

We do not accept returns on books.
