The CARE Initiative at Priority Learning

Your municipal or charitable agency may qualify for Priority Learning’s CARE Initiative.

What makes up the CARE Initiative?

C – Concern

A – Appreciation

R – Responsibility

E – Effective

At Priority Learning we:

  • Have a CONCERN for organizations that make an important contribution to their neighbors and communities.
  • Want to demonstrate our APPRECIATION for the time and effort these groups extend to fulfill essential programs no one else provides.
  • Feel a RESPONSIBILTIY to support the services they offer.
  • Provide an EFFECTIVE program to help them fulfill their mission.

Priority Learning recognizes that municipalities and charitable agencies have pressing needs to coach their personnel to achieve high quality leadership and administrative development. Adding to their challenge, is the lack the financial resources to provide this vial level of dynamic learning.

In order to best serve our community, we are pleased to present the CARE Initiative to municipalities, government agencies, charitable, educational, art, and social service nonprofit organizations, generally with 501(c)3 tax exempt status.

We invite you to apply for the CARE Initiative, which provides workshop and special programs at discounted rates.

Please contact Lorraine Twombly at lorraine@prioritylearningresearch.com to discuss your staff development needs and how Priority Learning can help.

  • Increasing Meeting Participation

    Increasing Meeting Participation

If you feel like your meetings are not productive enough because people won't or can participate, the people in your meetings are unprepared or after meeting conversation are bigger then the meeting itself, the problem might lie in your preparation.

  • Communications

    Communications

Let’s be clear here about communication methods for leaders. Face-to-face communication is best. Not just best, it is best by a mile. A phone conversation is next best, but it is no substitute for face-to-face connection.

  • Time for a Paradigm Shift

    Time for a Paradigm Shift

Perhaps it is time for a paradigm shift, a shift in how people think and learn about what is out there for career opportunities.

  • Delegation

    Delegation

The final test of leadership is to leave behind men and women with the conviction, commitment and competency to carry on in your absence.
