After finishing an enlistment in the US Navy, Ralph joined Hannaford Bros. Co. in the early 70s and, over a 19-year career, was part of the team that established Hannaford as a food retail company in addition to a simple distribution company.  In 1992 Ralph left Hannaford to join the professional consulting firm of Walker and Associates in Portland, Maine as a precursor to creating the business known as Priority Learning today.  At Walker's he established an Organizational Development arm for the Walker's so the organization could offer this benefit to its clients. Ralph worked with the established clients at Walker's to bring development to leaders and build productive workplaces.  The establishment of Priority Learning began in 1995 with Ralph as its founder and leader.  Since beginning the business, Priority Learning, Ralph, and his team have worked with hundreds of clients all over the United States.  There is no standard client for Priority Learning.  Ranging from banks to small manufacturing companies and everything in between, "people" are the primary focus at Priority Learning.  In the 15 years since starting the company Priority Learning has facilitated countless learning experiences and has conducted training for thousands of managers and leaders.  With over 30 years of leadership development and organizational development background and work, Ralph and his associates continue to build relationships with client companies all over the U.S.

Lorraine is the co-founder and primary personal coach at Priority Learning.  Prior to starting Priority Learning with Ralph she served 30 years in the food industry and as a pension consultant to businesses large and small.  Lorraine brings valued leadership and administration skills and is recognized as a personal organization/efficiency expert.  The driving force in Lorraine's approach to business is her love of coaching others and seeing the change that others create in their business and personal lives.  In addition to Lorraine's role as a coach and leader she is Priority Learning's primary researcher spending much of her time looking for the best new ideas for our clients.  Her passions include traveling year-round and sailing the blue waters of Maine in the summer.

Prior to joining Priority Learning in 2008, Craig Twombly's spent 13 years in restaurant management becoming a managing partner at Brinker International.  During the years with Brinker, Craig ran a variety of Chili's restaurants and became the training site for Brinker's managers in the northeast with responsibility for developing and moving talent up in the organization.  These days, as the primary developer at Priority Learning, he is responsible for conducting an array of public workshops offered and consulting assignments from communications to team development in organizations ranging from the service industries to finance, manufacturing and more. Having extensive experience at balancing the business needs with the wants and desires of people are Craig's strongest assets.  Craig's many years of experience and keen insight regarding people have made him one of the most popular facilitators and consultants in our business. Growing up locally, Craig attended the University of Southern Maine.  Today Craig lives in South Portland with his wife Katie and enjoys hiking and climbing all over the state with his daughter, Hannah.

Milly Welsh is a web developer who feels that it is important to use both art and technology to create a unique "Organizational Identity." This means having a creative yet consistent look to your business, and using a marketing strategy that complements this look. She is working with Priority Learning to design and maintain their on-line services and website.
