Take The Leadership Series Needs Analysis ยป
Background:
To look at the online information regarding the various Priority Learning Series may not be very helpful in choosing a series to attend. The various days will contain objectives but the objectives have been written in a way that is compelling and you may feel you could use all the material right away. As an example, there are five separate series and 36 total days to choose from (252 objectives). To aid you in choosing a series to attend we have developed a self-analysis that you can complete on our website.
Self-analysis instructions:
When you enter the analysis online, you will be presented with 30 statements. Each statement is designed in to represent a series element. As you respond to the statements please think about what you need currently in your job. You will be given a chance to choose a score for each of the statements using a value of 1 to 4: 1 represents little or no need currently, 2 represents some need, 3 represents a solid need currently and 4 represents a strong or definite need or desire. The analysis will automatically record your score and give you a total score in each of the five series. The series that has the highest score will be the series that will give you the greatest benefit initially. After you receive your score, you can review the description online and, when you are ready, we will sign you up for that series.
Note:
If you are new or a freshly minted leader, we recommend either the Direct or Facilitators/Leaders Series. For the more experienced leader, we recommend the Influence and Executive Leaders Series. For people new to the world of leadership or want to get back to the roots of what leadership is about, we recommend the POP series (or the People of Potential series).
